United StatesIt rocks slightly, so it isn't quite level, and it could've done with a little bit more sanding along some of the edges. But it is very solid and heavy duty, and in general the square spindles are nicely sanded/rounded and smooth. Light years' improvement in quality over the lightweight Amazon versions I've used to date.
